Do you offer Day Passes?

  • Yes! Day passes are available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Rates:
    1. Monday–Friday: $25 per person
    2. Saturday–Sunday: $30 per person
    3. Children 4 and under are free
  • Reservations not accepted for day passes — please call ahead to confirm availability.

Resort Policies Checklist

Check-In / Check-Out:

  • RV Sites: Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM
  • Tiny Homes / Hotel Rooms: Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM
  • Late stays must be re-registered at the office

Payments & Fees:

  • All fees collected at check-in
  • Payments must be in U.S. dollars only

Site Assignment & Maintenance:

  • Assigned sites remain yours for your entire stay
  • Notify the office if leaving your RV overnight unattended
  • Do not place mats, carpets, or add-ons on grass areas
  • No ground stakes in grass or desert areas (protects irrigation system)
  • Watering & landscaping occur daily (seasonal schedule)

Vehicles & Speed:

  • Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the resort
  • Each site allows 1 RV + 2 vehicles max
  • Extra vehicle storage available at office request
  • Drive only on paved roadways; only licensed drivers may operate vehicles

Fires & Smoking:

  • No wood fires (Riverside County restriction)
  • Propane fire pits permitted (weather permitting)
  • No smoking inside buildings, patios, or pool areas
  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly — no littering

Courtesy & Conduct:

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Be respectful — no cutting through neighbors’ sites
  • Guests are responsible for their conduct, visitors, children, and pets
  • Children under 14 must be under adult supervision at all times
  • No soliciting of guests or staff

Facilities & Site Use:

  • Facilities may close temporarily for private events or maintenance
  • Sprinkler adjustments and tree trimming by staff only
  • Clotheslines only for swimsuits/towels and not attached to trees or buildings
  • Satellite dishes must be secured with weights (not stakes)
  • Firearms must be safely stored and unloaded

Management & Liability:

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave
  • No refunds for early departures or policy violations
  • Park not responsible for loss, theft, fire, flood, or acts of nature

Cancellations:

  • 48-hour notice required
  • $23 cancellation fee applies
  • No refunds for early departures, late cancellations, or no-shows

Pet Policy Checklist

General Pet Rules:

  • Only household pets (dogs/cats) allowed — no exotic animals, reptiles, or livestock
  • All pets must be registered at check-in with proof of vaccinations
  • Pets must wear a collar with ID & owner contact info
  • Maximum 25 lbs for pets in rental units (must notify reservations in advance)

Leash & Supervision:

  • Pets must be on a short leash and under control at all times
  • No unattended pets, including in vehicles or at picnic areas
  • Resort staff may act if a pet is left in distress in a vehicle (owner expense)

Restricted Areas:

  • Pets NOT allowed in:
    • Pools or Mineral Spas
    • Restrooms
  • Pets welcome in:
    • Office
    • Recreation & Laundry Rooms
    • Designated grassy/picnic areas

Clean-Up:

  • Owners must pick up after pets immediately
  • Use the doggie waste stations provided throughout the park

Behavior & Safety:

  • Aggressive, noisy, or unruly pets are not allowed
  • Guests unable to control their pet may be asked to leave (no refund)
  • Pet owners are liable for injuries or damages caused by their animals
  • Resort not responsible for any pet-related incidents

  • Pet policies may vary by park and can change without notice
